Q: How can I find my order number?
A: There are a few ways to find out your order number.
- Check your email registered to the account on The Merchist.
- Check your spam folder and other email accounts.
Q: What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?
A: If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email merch@nuffnang.com and include:
- Your order number.
- Name on the order.
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
Q: What happens if I ordered the wrong size?
A: If your order has not been shipped out yet. We can update the size you need ASAP. Please email merch@nuffnang.com and include:
- Your order number.
- Name on the order.
- The product you have ordered.
- The new size you are requesting.
Q: I just ordered from your website, what’s next?
A: Upon order and payment confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Please check your spam or junk folder if you did not receive any email from “The Merchist”. Kindly check and confirm your email address, shipping address, items ordered and order notes (if available) in the confirmation email.
After your order has been packed and sent out (allow 3-7 days for your order to be fulfilled), a shipping update email with a tracking number will be provided to you. Contact us at merch@nuffnang.com if you did not receive your order confirmation email even with the correct email address provided.
Shipping
Q: How can I change the shipping address of my order?
A: You can change your shipping address if your item has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email merch@nuffnang.com and include:
- Your order number.
- Name on the order.
- Your NEW shipping address.
Q: What happens if my parcel goes missing?
A: We take pride in packaging your parcel beautifully and securely. All items leave our warehouse in excellent condition and our responsibility for your package ends when it leaves our hands.
In cases where a parcel is lost/damaged/returned for any reason other than our manufacturing errors (such as printing defects), it is then the customers' responsibility to file a complaint to the courier service. The customer is also responsible for paying any additional shipping fees for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect mailing address or for not being home.
Payment
Q: What currency will I be charged in?
A: All charges on themerchist.com are processed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). If you're an International customer, the foreign exchange conversion will happen within your local bank processing currency.
Note: prices may vary in accordance to the time the charge processes in our system due to the volatility of the exchange rate.
Q: What is your order cancellation policy?
A: Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in production. Most orders go into production 20 hours after purchasing. If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email merch@nuffnang.com and include:
- Your order number and name.
- Your cancel request.
Q: What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?
A: We accept payment by all major credit cards, as well as FPX payments. You can see the full list when you add your credit card at checkout.
Prices for all of our items are listed in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit), whether you are logging in from Malaysia or any other country.
